SAVORY STRESS BALLS:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup chamomile tea (strained and cooled)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup clear gelatin
- Edible flowers (such as chamomile flowers or other small edible flowers)
Instructions:
1. In a small saucepan, heat the chamomile tea over low heat. Once warm, stir in the honey until it is fully dissolved. Remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
2. Sprinkle the gelatin over the chamomile tea mixture and let it sit for a few minutes to soften.
3. Place the saucepan back on low heat and stir the mixture continuously until the gelatin is completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth. Be careful not to let it boil.
4. Once the mixture is smooth, remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly.
5. While the mixture is still warm and liquid, carefully pour it into spherical silicone molds, filling each mold halfway.
6. Gently place an edible flower in the center of each mold, then carefully pour more of the chamomile mixture on top to fill the molds completely.
7. Refrigerate the molds for 2-3 hours, or until the gummy balls are set and firm.
8. Once set, carefully remove the gummy balls from the molds and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Enjoy your homemade chamomile-flavored gummy balls with a delightful surprise of edible flowers inside!
